In order to most effectively serve our residents and business owners, the Yaphank Fire District compiles pre-plan information about commercial and industrial buildings within Yaphank, and Medford Area. These forms are NOT a substitute for an inspection for legal reasons, they are simply a way for the District to gather information about a given building prior to the need for our response in an emergency.
